St Petersburg University has long-term cooperation agreements with many leading universities in Russia and overseas in the field of Russian-language testing. In 2019, St Petersburg University experts held test sessions in: Argentina; Brazil; Great Britain; Greece; Germany; Denmark; Iceland; Spain; Italy; Cyprus; China; Korea; Latvia; the Netherlands; Poland; Serbia; Slovenia; Turkey; Czech Republic; Switzerland; Estonia; Japan; and many other countries.

To date, over 200,000 people have been tested at the Language Testing Centre in St Petersburg and at our partners’ testing venues.

The high standard of quality in language assessment at St Petersburg University is confirmed by reputable international organisations, such as Association of Language Testers in Europe (ALTE).

  1. In your email, please provide information about the applicant organisation and state the purpose of your application.

  2. You will also need to complete an application form and submit it together with the copies of the supporting documents:

The applicant organisation shall meet the following requirements:

  • All premises of the applicant organisation testing venue must comply with sanitary and epidemiological rules and fire safety requirements
  • The applicant organisation must employ staff who have a degree in philology or linguistics and have been trained under the additional educational programme ‘Linguistic-didactic Testing’ or ‘Conducting the Integration Examination in Russian as a foreign language, the history of Russia, and the fundamentals of legislation of the Russian Federation’.
